Meridian Lounge Debut

Well, with all the fun of making mistakes and having a haunted segment, the show went pretty well.

We played over 2 hrs of Chill, Ambient, Deep house, World beat, Electronic and Jazz. A real mix, with some pretty good feedback. So much that the show has been placed on an encore slot for Wed at 8 pm.

We went over time but, what the hell, it was for our listeners. Next time we’ll try to make it a tad shorter due to programming issues.

The haunted segment was fun, while placing the finishing touches in the studio at home we decided that it was ready so we converted it and we saved it. The size was pretty much the same as the other 4 segments so we did a trial listen…guess what…Empty!

Oh lord. So we did it again and we hit the save button…It saved everything but the music..

No this was getting weird…since it was midnight, hmm the witching hour I believe. We did it a third time and Eureka…it worked, but our ghostly friend decided to wreck havoc with our FTP connection and sabotaged our upload to the server, TWICE!

Finally we uploaded it today at 8:00 am. So still worried we decided to make sure it was there…well somehow Casper managed to erase it!

We had to transfer it to the studio via relay chat..it was really fun and at the same time spooky. We all guess that Casper didn’t like much the 4th segment. LOL
